Signature Security Ribbon
All pieces are delivered with our signature white security ribbon attached.
To be eligible for return or exchange, the ribbon must remain fully intact and untampered.
Items with a cut, removed, or altered ribbon will not be accepted.
We kindly ask that items are tried on with care, ensuring the ribbon remains in place.
Conditions of Return
Returned items must be:
- Unworn and unwashed
- In pristine condition
- Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant, or any marks
- Accompanied by all original tags and packaging
Non-Returnable Items
- Items with an altered or removed security ribbon
- Worn, damaged, or marked items
- Sale or discounted pieces (if applicable)
Exchanges
Exchanges are subject to availability.
If your requested item is unavailable, store credit will be issued.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and carefully inspected, you will be notified of its approval.
Approved refunds will be issued to store credit.
Please allow 5–10 business days for processing, depending on your payment provider.
Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Returns Not Accepted
Items that do not meet the above conditions will be returned to the sender at their expense.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the rare event that you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting images.
